LA MIMZ STORE – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At La Mimz Store, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you enjoy every purchase made with us. To maintain quality, hygiene, and fairness to all customers, please read our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
A. Beauty, Cosmetics & Skincare Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Makeup products (foundations, powders, lip products, etc.)
Skincare products (serums, moisturizers, cleansers, etc.)
Haircare products
Fragrances/body mists once opened or used
Beauty tools and brushes once opened
Exceptions:
A product may be eligible for an exchange ONLY if:
The item delivered is wrong, damaged, or leaking at the point of delivery.
The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
B. Accessories (Earrings, Hair Accessories, Jewelry, etc.)
Earrings and personal-wear accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Other accessories can be exchanged within 24 hours if:
The wrong item was delivered
It arrived damaged
It is unused and in original packaging
C. Spruce & Save Declutter Items (Thrift/Pre-loved Items)
All declutter items are sold as seen.
No returns or exchanges except if the wrong item was delivered.
2. Reporting an Issue
Customers must report any return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving their order.
To process a complaint, kindly send:
A clear photo or video of the item
Order name and number
Description of the issue

3. Return Window
Eligible items must be returned within 48 hours after complaint approval.
Products must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
4. Refunds
La Mimz Store does not offer cash refunds.
Refunds are issued as store credit, redeemable on any future purchase.
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
For approved exchanges, the customer bears the return pickup and redelivery fee, except when the error is from La Mimz Store.
6. In-store & Online Purchases
This policy applies to:
Online orders (Website, DM, WhatsApp)
In-store purchases
Spruce & Save items
Note: Please check your items immediately upon delivery or pickup.
7. Wrong Item Delivered
If La Mimz delivers an incorrect item:
We will cover the cost of pickup and replacement.
Replacement will be delivered within 24–48 hours.
8. Non-returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
Opened or used beauty/skincare products
Lip products
Foundation, powders, concealers
Body mists and perfumes that have been sprayed
Underwear/lingerie
Earrings
Personal body accessories
Declutter/thrift items
Items marked “SALE” or “CLEARANCE”
9. Customer Responsibility
Provide accurate delivery details
Inspect items immediately
Keep items in original condition until approved for exchange
